After last I cannot start L2 again.

Hi, after this recent update, I can'T open Lineage any more. I tried to instal even clean Lineage, delete system folder and instal either patch or let download everything via uploader.
Even if I press start or double click launch L2 icon, nothing happened, the game just won't go up.
I am using english L2 and english updater/patch.
Any suggestion what might cause this problem and how to fix it?

What windows do you use? Do you have antivirus program, it can block L2.
